Rooftop greening system "Temairazu" thin-layer tray-type rooftop greening system

A low-maintenance thin-layer greening system that requires almost no upkeep. The plants used are sedums, which are resistant to drought and cold.

Thin-layer tray type rooftop greening system "Temairazu Sedum Type" Features ■ High Quality The "Temairazu Sedum Type" has been realized through years of research and refinement in plant selection, appropriate soil preparation, and cultivation methods at production sites. We conduct production, construction, and maintenance in-house, allowing us to verify every detail of the white-flowered sedum. Our long-term after-service includes a three-year warranty against wilting and a free self-inspection in the first year, reflecting our confidence in high quality. ■ Low Price We have adopted a thorough production management system. We cultivate and grow plants on vast fallow land in Hyogo Prefecture, Aichi Prefecture, and three locations in the Kanto region. By utilizing fallow land and using recycled materials for raw materials, we are considerate of the global environment and have achieved low prices. ■ Low Maintenance We select plants that are resistant to summer dryness and winter cold, and that are less prone to weed growth, so irrigation systems are unnecessary, and green spaces are maintained solely with rainwater. Our lightweight soil is an original substrate that experiences minimal degradation over time. The frequency of general plant management tasks, such as weed removal and regular watering, is low, requiring less effort.

We will introduce long-term case studies of the thin-layer tray type rooftop greening system!

Non-irrigation system and a 3-year warranty for rooftop greening. We will introduce the rooftop greening after installation along with photos over the years!

We would like to introduce the self-inspection of rooftop greening conducted in the Tokyo sales office area in the fall of 2020, along with photographs. Many plants reach their growth period in spring and autumn. The plants used in the thin-layer tray rooftop greening system also grow during spring and autumn, and we conduct self-inspections and responses to dead plant guarantees in accordance with this timing. Our philosophy is high quality, low cost, and low maintenance. We apply the knowledge gained from this to the development of our next products. The case we are introducing this time is a property that we have been supporting long-term since 2011, with the customer's consent. During this self-inspection, we were able to confirm the system and the growth of the plants. Even after approximately six years, the rooftop greening continues to spread greenery towards the sky. The effects of rooftop greening are diverse, including insulation effects and energy-saving effects. It also contributes to preventing global warming, addressing SDGs, and enhancing corporate image. We appreciate your consideration. 【Property Information】 ■ Location: Kanto region ■ Delivery date: Until March 2018 ■ Greening area: 164.25m2 to 1687.00m2 ■ Roof type: Metal roof, flat roof ■ Roof specifications: 500mm pitch, cinder-con, coated waterproofing, etc.

Obtained a utility model for a thin-layer tray type rooftop greening system with bird damage prevention measures!

Non-irrigation system with a 3-year drought guarantee for thin-layer tray-type rooftop greening system. A utility model for bird damage prevention has been obtained!

We would like to introduce a bird damage prevention system for thin-layer tray-type rooftop greening, which obtained a utility model in May 2023. The bird damage prevention system we are introducing is an optional component of the thin-layer tray-type rooftop greening system. It includes a bird damage prevention net and creates space to prevent birds from landing on the planting area of the rooftop greening. The materials used to create space for deploying the bird damage prevention net in the planting area include the bird damage prevention net, wire, and L-shaped brackets for securing it. The construction method is suitable for the standard thin-layer tray rooftop greening system. The bird damage prevention system can be installed according to our usual construction methods. After laying out the 500mm square trays with planted vegetation, L-shaped brackets are installed on top of the securing brackets that hold the trays in place. There is a hole at the top of the L-shaped brackets through which wire is threaded and stretched around the perimeter. This allows the net to be placed over the rooftop greening while maintaining space. The bird damage prevention net is designed to be fixed to the perimeter with trimming hardware, making it suitable for thin-layer tray systems. **Features** - A system that reduces bird arrivals - Bird damage prevention with space to prevent arrivals - Installation of wire to support the bird prevention net - Easy installation and low cost achieved

We will introduce a long-term case study of a thin-layer tray type rooftop greening system in Chiba Prefecture.

The inspection conducted in the ninth year with the customer's consent. The greenery on the rooftop remains unchanged since the time of delivery!

In 2019, a large typhoon struck Chiba Prefecture. In September of the same year, I visited several properties where we had delivered and installed work in Chiba Prefecture for a self-inspection. Self-inspections were conducted at Store A, Store B, and Store C, all of which have metal roofs. First of all, despite hearing that maintenance had hardly been performed, the condition of the rooftop greenery at each property was good. We also conducted a self-inspection to check for any issues with the installation of the thin-layer tray-type rooftop greening system. The inspection results showed no problems. Before conducting the self-inspection, I was particularly concerned about Store A, which had been delivered and installed in 2010, as the number of years since installation crossed my mind. It has been nine years since then. The plants were growing and declining with the seasons on the rooftop, spreading their unchanging greenery towards the sky. The fixtures that hold them in place continued to support the planting trays without change. Our rooftop greening system is a non-irrigation system compatible with various metal roofs. [Case Overview] ■ Location: Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture ■ Delivery date for Store A: May 2010 ■ Delivery date for Store B: October 2013 ■ Delivery date for Store C: November 2014 I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy to all those who suffered damage from the large typhoon that struck Chiba Prefecture in 2019.
